Buycostumes.com has a really good clearance sale going! They have a ton of costumes for under $10 (some as little as $5) for infants/toddlers/children/teens and adults, as well as for your pets!
You can get another 20% off the clearance prices (only works on clearance) if you use code EXTRA20 at checkout. Shipping starts @ $4.99. When you get to the site, just click on the big clearance deal on the homepage. Here are some other coupons codes I found online that should work, but I am unsure if they work on the clearance items.
